Shipping policy

Shipping from Norway

All orders are dispatched from Norway. Available delivery destinations and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.

Order preparation

Ready-to-ship jewellery is normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Any different preparation time for made-to-order pieces will be stated on the product page. Preparation time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

Norway

Shipping costs NOK 79 for orders below NOK 1,500. Shipping is free for orders of NOK 1,500 or more.

European Union

Shipping costs NOK 299 for orders below NOK 3,500. Shipping is free for orders of NOK 3,500 or more. For checkout in another currency, Shopify displays the converted amounts. Free shipping covers the delivery charge; applicable taxes and duties are shown separately at checkout.

Import taxes and duties — EU orders

Applicable import VAT and customs duties are calculated and collected at checkout. We arrange delivery with these charges billed to us by the carrier (DDP), so you should not have to pay them again on delivery. If a carrier requests an additional import payment, please contact audreas@audreas.com before paying so we can investigate.

Delivery and tracking

We select the carrier and service for each shipment. Tracking information is sent when your order is dispatched. Delivery times depend on the destination and service; customs processing and carrier delays may affect arrival.
