Changing your mind

For eligible online purchases, you may withdraw without giving a reason. Send your notice within 14 calendar days, counted from the day after you or your nominated recipient receives the goods. For goods in one order delivered separately, the period starts after the last item is received. Statutory extensions of the deadline apply where relevant.

Email us or write to the address above with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Include your name and enough information to identify the purchase, preferably your order number. You may use the withdrawal form below, but it is optional. You do not need our approval to exercise this right.

Sending goods back

Send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days after notifying us. You pay the direct return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Pack the jewellery securely, including any supplied accessories. Please retain proof of dispatch. Use a carrier and service that accepts the jewellery being returned; tracking is recommended. Contact us for practical return and customs instructions, especially from outside Norway, without delaying your notice or return deadline. Describe international returns accurately as returned goods and include the original order reference; do not describe them as gifts.

Inspecting jewellery

You may inspect a piece as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function. Handling beyond this may result in a deduction for actual loss of value where the law permits. Missing original packaging does not automatically remove your withdrawal right. Please return the presentation box where supplied as part of the purchase.

Refunds

For a full withdrawal, we refund the payments received, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery method expressly chosen by you need not be refunded. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.

We refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, unless we have offered to collect them.

Personalised pieces

The statutory withdrawal exception may apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as a bespoke commissioned design or personal engraving. We will identify this before you order. A piece is not excluded merely because it is handmade. This exception does not remove rights concerning defects or goods that do not match the agreement.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact audreas@audreas.com with the order details and a description of the issue. Photographs are helpful when available, but are not a condition of your statutory rights. We cover necessary return costs for a valid claim and arrange the appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law.

Under Norwegian law, the complaint period is normally two years, or five years for goods intended to last substantially longer than two years in normal use. Notify us within a reasonable time after discovering a defect; two months from discovery is always sufficient. These rights are separate from the 14-day withdrawal right. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
